'Austrian Crescent' is a yellow skin, yellow flesh fingerling. Potential for high yields. Medium to large tubers for a fingerling. ASG co-owner Dusty Hinz grew this variety in his parents backyard in Richfield in 2020, as well as at Daniel Zetah's farm in Hutchinson in 2019, and it was very productive. Dig them up thoroughly so you don't leave any behind!
