'Austrian Crescent' is tasty, tan skin, yellow fleshed fingerling potato that has the potential for very large yields. Really good, buttery flavor. For a fingerling it's size is medium to large, and can be quite long. Mid-season harvest.
Probably of European origin, though we do not know for sure, it is also sometimes called "Kifli” and “Kipfel”, which refer to European crescent-type cookies/crossiants.
These seed potatoes were grown organically by our friend Jesse at Mythic Farm in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin. They have been tested and certified for all potato disease requirements.
